We strive to ensure that all our patients understand the importance of making informed decisions when it comes to dental hygiene. Our dental education entails helping you understand your teeth, their weakness, how to clean them, food and drinks that are beneficial in protecting you against cavities as well as those foods that are detrimental to the teeth, plus the importance of flossing and how to do it properly. Patients are also briefed about common oral and dental diseases – as well as their symptoms – to ensure that they act promptly to treat the initial symptoms should they appear.
When you register with our dental practice, we ask that you book an initial consultation. This allows us to establish the current condition of your teeth, and identify and treat any urgent conditions. We will advise whether you need to visit a hygienist or whether you need any fillings crowns or veneers. It’s also an opportunity for you to let us know of any cosmetic dental procedures that you are considering.
